ASEAN Plus Three (APT)
Start-up Program
for Promoting Sustainable Development

This program is to “enhance policy coordination and knowledge sharing and build a community of practice on sustainable development of MSMEs and start-up ecosystems among the APT countries”, which include all ten ASEAN Member States (AMS), the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK).

The project also contributes to advancing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and achieving ASEAN-wide policy priorities.

To achieve the objectives of the APT program
  • 01 A comprehensive study report titled “Bolstering Deep Tech Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development in the APT Countries” was prepared and completed by a Study Group comprising four experts from various countries. READ THE REPORT
  • 02 A Symposium and Meetup/Networking Event was held in Songdo, Republic of Korea, in January 2025, to share key findings from the Study Report, foster knowledge exchange, and enhance networking within the APT region.
